Kitty Star of the Week for April 21 - 27, 2002.
This is her humans' baby, Lady Gwynivere, (Gwynivere Una
Hicks). She was a stray, found as a wild kitten in the garage. Her
humans noticed her stealing food, and her new person-mom's
mother-in-law (knowing how badly she wanted a kitten)
closed the garage door, trapping the kitten, enabling them to
catch little one.
The first few days, Gwynivere exhibited very feral
behavior, hissing, hiding and trying to avoid being 'caught',
but very quickly adapted to being a pampered
indoor kitten, dining on Science Diet Kitten,
supplemented with warm cream and albacore tuna. :)
She has become a very well behaved little lady, and
the high point of her human's day is seeing who gets home from work
first, as that is who gets the kitten in 'lovey' mode.
