Kitty Stars of the Week for Mar. 27 - Apr. 2, 2005
This week we have 2 kitty stars, Dexter and Freddie, and their
person-mom writes,
"These are my two adorable babies, Dexter and Freddie! Aren't they cute?
Freddie is on the left and Dexter on the right. While they are "brothers",
they are not from the same litter. Dexter was adopted in St. Louis in Fall 2002,
and Freddie (full name Frederique) was adopted in Indianapolis in Summer 2004.
Dexter was found on the side of the road as a little kitten by a vet and
Freddie was born to a stray pregnant cat that someone took in. However, she
couldn't find all the kittens homes, so threatened to "drive out to the
country" and leave him!!!! Well, I couldn't let that happen! So, now, along
with their Daddy, we are a happy family in Arlington, Virginia :).
"They are both very loving (and naughty!) spoiled kitties. Dexter is a little
skittish around strangers (he runs and hides under the bed), while Freddie
has been described by many as the friendliest kitty alive! He thinks
everyone that comes over (whether friend, neighbor, UPS, or maintenance) is
visiting him. He loves to be cuddled and nibble on his mommy's ears. As you
can see, they both get along well, and also love to play."
