Kitty Star of the Week for August 7 - 13, 2005
This week our star is Jizzy, and her person-mom writes,
"I adopted Jizzy from a local animal shelter two years ago.
I had always had male cats and was not prepared for the different
temperament of a female cat. Jizzy is very sweet and loving to me,
but only wants to be held at her initiative. She runs and hides under
the bed when others come to visit. I adopted her after the death of
my 17 year old cat, Rambo, who was very much a lap cat. I have
recently adopted another cat, Boots, who after driving her nuts
for a month has brought her out of her shell quite a bit. I am a cat
lover, and love my Jizzy and Boots."
(Boots will be the star in a couple of weeks.)
